. I was searching for a used car, and found a really great deal on a 04 g35 coupe. It was too good to be true. I went to the dealership, and I ask them to look at the car that I saw on their website inventory and Turns out the car wasn’t there. Then I lied and said, but I called the sale manager before I left my house and he told me the car was here… then he said, yea we just sold it 20 minute ago. The website inventory is false, most of the cars aren’t there, and the price are higher than the website. hey're just try to get you to go there and buy a different car for a higher price p.s i send them a email about the same car. and they have the same reply messages for both of my emails. saying the car is still availabe. and you mostly get the same email i have gotten. well this is one of them "I hope I'm not becoming a pest. In my business, it's a fine line between offering superior levels of service and being obnoxious. If there are any concerns or questions you feel I could help you with , I'd love to continue to be of service to you, without becoming to pushy. Please let me know what I can do to help you with your transportation needs."

I enjoyed the service I received- which, based on friends' comments, is better than many other luxury dealerships so called "customer service." Unfortunately, I need my brakes serviced and was quoted "$425-750." I spent that last year on the higher cost recommended maintenence service ($480). There are no service/repair shops in the area that specialize in Infiniti, so I may have to bite the bullet anyway. At least my car will be cleaned inside and out when it's done and maybe I'll get another small gift in appreciation for my patronage.
